    By accessing or using the Jetrik platform and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    Jetrik is a SaaS platform that provides restaurants and food service businesses with online ordering, menu management, payment processing, and reservation management tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

    3. Account Registration

    To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
    • All activities that occur under your account
    • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

    4. Subscription and Payment

    4.1 Plans and Billing

    The Service is offered under various subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.

    4.2 Free Trial

    We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be automatically converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

    4.3 Processing Fees

    In addition to subscription fees, payment processing fees apply to transactions processed through the Service as described on our pricing page.

    4.4 Refunds

    Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
    • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
    • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
    • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written consent

    6. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Jetrik and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content (menus, images, business data) that you upload to the Service.

    7. Data and Privacy

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

    8. Service Availability

    We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jetrik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

    • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
    • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
    • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

    10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jetrik and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.

    11. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also cancel your account at any time through the account settings.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jetrik operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
